Team placement is determined first by wins (W), then by the two tie
breakers m:n (TB), then by point differential (PF-PA). The first
tiebreaker (m) is the number of teams with the same number of wins that
this team is ranked ahead of based on head-to-head matches won. The second
tiebreaker (n) is the total number of games won by this team against other
teams with the same number of wins.
